I'm waiting for euston too. I'm still waiting for my CBI results. Had the test on Monday. Was told it would be around 2 weeks for the results although your further ahead. I wonder if more people have to do CBIs and then they going to do the final batch of interviews all together maybe?

Probably just a simple supply v demand issue. Too much overflow with no courses pencilled in, or maybe not drastically short on drivers like they were in the past so recruitment has slowed.

Thank you, I waited 15 days to get the good news for my CBI. I think so too regarding getting all the CBIs done then doing everyone together, possibly!

I guess the slow down on Manchester will be due to Crewe being delayed and removed the agenda on the ongoing pay talks however on a slighlty positive note, Crewe was re-introduced into the talks last week and if things do move forward, many of the overstaffed places at Manchester and Liverpool will be freed up by existing drivers who have applied to relocate to the Crewe depot.

It's been 11 weeks since I got the 6 week email for Manchester, only done the initial online questions so far. If you look at the latest posts on the October forum, it looks like there will be a long wait for Manchester. Sat stage 2 today! Passed all of the computer assessments (I personally found them to be absolute light-work) but I suspect that I’ve messed up on the CBI quite severely. I will keep everyone updated but if you have a CBI coming up, I recommend coming up with at least 2 responses for each potential question and memorising every detail of them. You get absolutely machine gunned with probing questions so try to anticipate them as much as possible. It was extremely intense for me!

As suspected, I was unsuccessful in passing the CBI. Extremely frustrating but at least I know what to expect next time. Best of luck to everyone!

Got my results as well failed my CBI...bit of a tough pill to swallow when you stumble at the last hurdle.

Absolutely sickening…Thankfully all of the other test results are valid for up to 5 years so it will just be the CBI/MMI that needs to be re-sat.

Sorry to hear that, you know what to expect now and will pass it the second time. All you have to do is the cbi and dmi!

Hi is Crewe the only training centre? I am London based and have just passed all tests and CBI. I am waiting for driver managers interview.
If they are expecting the Londoners to come to Crewe how does that work?
