We next board the 0945 National Express West Midlands service 49 to Rubery (Hollywood Bowl), arriving there at 1052 on Saturday morning.
Are you sure about this? All I can see remaining is an 1818 1A back towards Moreton-in-Marsh on a Saturday? The last service towards Stratford seems to be the one we've just got off. Forgive me if I'm wrong, however.Choices are a bit limited, so we'll take the next 1A at 1813 which we'll take to Stratford Upon Avon adj Betjeman Road arriving at 1849 Saturday evening.

Google has that as over an hour's walk from the stop we alighted at.Bustimes is showing a 1A at 1813 from Chipping Campden on a Saturday https://bustimes.org/trips/258648381#stop-time-15013601704

Indeed. We're at Tilbury Hillow, not the Town Hall. The bus you've quoted at 1813 is the same service we've alighted at, just half an hour further down the route.Google has that as over an hour's walk from the stop we alighted at.
EDIT - 54 minutes.

Point of order or not, I'll continue to use the bus stop names as quoted on bustimes.org as i'm not to know the locality of stops in areas i'm unfamiliar with which must be the case for all of us as contributors.OK - point of order - it really *shouldn't* be described as Chipping Campden then - it's nearer to Broadway than Chipping Campden - I'll strike my post out.

As a matter of sheer interest, I too use bustimes.org for the majority of bus times postings that I make and twice in quite recent times, their area description in timetables has been "corrected" by another website contributor. I admit not to have an encyclopaedic area location name knowledge of all the settlements that are covered by this particular thread, so I have no other option than to use that information that is printed in timetables in the bustimes, org website.
My observation was in reply to a posting by a quiz contributor that was posted by that person on the thread, hence it was on the thread that I made my reply. There are other options available.
Happy to discuss via message to save clogging up the thread.
