I would probably focus on the size of the company their ethos values ambition etc but with any interview thats a tricky question as its hard to show a company why them over any other.

That won't change much really. The management and name might change but it's history, it's routes, it's geographical area of operations, rolling stock, and other aspects of the company will largely remain the same. The only extra bit of information to note in the case of a franchise change is who owns the company which won't be that difficult to find out.

Focus on the positives, their values and what they are trying to improve. Don't say I want to work for you because you may lose your franchise

Take a look at the company and different things they do, what they stand for etc if there is something you feel Is good and puts them above the other TOCs talk/write about that.

There is one in March not sure when the others are although I know someone was told that they are in the process of organising more training for this year.

Heard nothing since the email a week and a half a go. Thought they wanted to arrange them for end of Feb. Well that's not going to happen. Hoping to hear something this week.

Seems like they’re struggling to get availability for DM’s. The January and February DMI’s were done on strike days so maybe the next ones will be on the March strike dates.

I don’t know. It doesn’t seem there’s many here still waiting but we don’t know how many are waiting that aren’t on this forum. Hopefully this will be the last lot then we’ll get a start date.

I’d have thought around 8-9am, but I’d check consistently throughout the day otherwise. I’m sure they’ll announce on Twitter but may close earlier than planned as they’ll be inundated.

I’ve noticed that this round of applications doesn’t mention a talent pool. Would those in this new round go ahead of those who passed the last round for any potential course dates in the future?
