Not long finished my DMI. I feel it went okay, but I’m not overly confident. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.

I think you guys done alright. It would be very harsh to have come this far passing the tests to the highest* standard in the country, just to get told "you're not good enough" for an average interview.
I dont think Avanti have the luxury of being too fussy, due to their own demand of standard they set.

That’s what’s giving me hope. I do feel I could have done better but we’ll have to see. It’s hard with the pressure of the occasion having put so much effort into it

I'm aware of several colleagues who have failed the DMI in recent months, I wouldn't personally belittle this interview. It is a serious interview where managers assess the person and whether they feel they have the skills for their team and the company.

I'm waiting to be contacted for DMI.
I know people who have had theirs. It's going in date order from your driver tests / CBI. As the others sat the tests before me.

The second week of January had mine, looks like Liverpool seem to be one of the last depots to be getting sorted so shouldn’t be anything to worry about
I'm guessing Avanti won't know of any other potential recruitment this year until they have concluded the current, and this February drive?
I failed at the CBI stage this time around so this February recruitment would be a few months too soon for me

How did people find their DMIs today? That’s the last of them for now before we find out if we’re through or not isn’t it?
Had mine today. Left feeling positive. I didn't know everything but thats part and partial of learning. I have put in the work for it tho so how did you find it?
Avanti are unlikely to hold any further recruitment campaigns this year.
