As anyone who's looked at my information on here should have seen I'm a music student, I am currently composing an electroacoustic piece of music that needs some audio samples of trains, I have to use my own recordings however so stock recordings are useless.
I would like to go on to a train and record the interior sounds of it.
Would there be huge problems with this?
I'd most likely choose a quiet service as there is nothing worse then people asking you what you're doing every time you hit the record button. (Exaggerating but it does happen)
As I live near Huddersfield (most of the time) I'm thinking the Penistone line might be best due to the Pacer's?
And I guess to add some intrigue to this, what's the noisiest train out there?
Thankyou
