There is another social etiquette that so far as I can see hasn't yet been addressed, and that is tolerating other people and understanding that they may have habits that may not be something we are used to or understand. Taking one example, women (or indeed anyone) putting on make-up. Its very easy to say "well they should get up earlier", but is it really that simple? In reality they may have got up late, had trouble getting the kids ready, had an argument with a partner, or even they may have been travelling / working overnight. Sometimes what some might think are habits that make them irritable or annoyed, may actually be intolerance or misunderstanding on their own part.
We are odd creatures, and often have odd habits. If they are not causing harm, disruption or creating a nuisance, is there really a problem? Live and let live is sometimes the best policy, though I do understand that some people may not be as adept at reading people or dealing with other people as others.
