If you mean 43384, then no I'm afraid as '384 is getting IC Executive.

Well, the answer to the real question, which I may not have phrased properly, is yes (I asked about IC rather than 'swallow' specifically). But I appreciate there are differences. Thanks all the same.

If you add Exec into the mix as IC, then add preserved 43044 onto the list.

I think ScotRail should do a whole HST rake in the classic ScotRail livery the old 47 push/pull sets had.

It's definitely undercoat, top coat of gloss would be next. You don't mask up various extremities either to apply vinyl. Hth.

The cab curve seems to cause some issues. I see the white line is a bit wiggly as it goes from side to front; there was a similar issue on the GWR 'Swallow' one a few years ago, too.
Still looks nice, though!
Nice to see it out and about at last (though a bit of a shame the secret was somewhat spoiled a little early on).
It does seem to have a bit of an issue - oddly, to me at least, it seems to be one the right hand side of the cab as you view it face on. The photos in Laira on the left hand side seems to look ok, whereas the right hand ones seem to be a bit wiggly. As for 185, that was an bit of an unfortunate case of what happens when you start from the rear and work your way along, than starting from the front and working your way to the rear (hence the mismatched Red band).
Now, it's just a shame neither 044, 102 or 185 are still on the mainline! Never say never though with at least one of them.

LNER only changed the external numbers. XC (and indeed EMR with 43102/302) have gone the extra step and renumbered it officially on the system.
