Rejection email here too. With a Masters degree and years of experience in a H&S oriented role, I can honestly say I am not quite sure what exactly they are looking for. :?:

Don't take it personally, it could be a number of factors, location, assessments, the number of applicants is definitely against everyone who applies!!

Keep trying :) you'll get there!

The second assessment is actually performance based. You must be high scoring on both speed and accuracy. Its the same on opc assessments day.

This is my concern… I think my accuracy will have been good but speed may have let me down!

Rejection email just received! Good luck to those still in the running.

Rejection email for me, which is fine.

Re-reviewed my application and answers etc. During the tests. Identical answers to 2020 and the same overall CV and wording etc.

The power of the sift.

Regarding the 8 weeks on training rate and then going on to full salary, I have heard murmurs that this agreement was part of the RDW agreement that has recently been pulled and you are in fact on training salary until you pass out, then straight on to full money.

I have not heard this directly from the union or management but it is something worth baring in mind for the successful candidates. If anyone has any confirmation of this, I'm sure members on this forum would appreciate it being posted.

It was a separate agreement

From the conversation I had with HR today, notice periods are an issue it would seem for some.

Is anyone left standing in here? I got my invite on Wednesday and have been bricking it ever since! With the assesment date on the 24th not much time at all to prepare especially juggling work and family. Gotta love the challenge though.

Does anyone know if the MMI interview will be on the 2nd psych stage? Or will it be on the first psych day? Hoping its the second stage so theres more time to prep properly for that.

"Phase 2 Trainee Driver Psychometric Assessments - Stage 1 (24th & 25th February)

Phase 3 Trainee Driver Psychometric Assessments – Stage 2 (4th March)

Phase 4 Trainee Driver interview with members of the Driver Management team (w/c 7th March)"

The MMI is usually after the computer assessments which is stage 2

Thanks Shunted! The invitation email had me confused I think as it listed the Mmi as a part of the 1st assessment day. I guess that's just when you write the examples, then stage 2 is the actual MMI
