Moshi Moshi,

I haven't been down that way in a while, but I used to travel past Motherwell TMD on a fairly regular basis, and there were always some abandoned coaches, and even EWS liveried locos suck as 08s and 37s. Just wondering if anyone knows the fate of these locos because I don't recall any of them ever being moved (each time I passed, they were always in the exact same position).

Also, if anyone can supply any numbers of these locos, that'd be great!

Edit: Oh, and what's to happen to Motherwell TMD now that it's closed?

Arigatou gozaimasu!

One of the 37's on the Station side was 37 421, cannot remember the other one. The class 08 was 934. I only remember as i passed them all the time! I also enquired about what happened to them, and i was told by a local photographer/enthusiast that they had been taken by road to Doncaster, though i cannot remember why. No idea about the stuff on the Braidhurst side though. There was some rumour of the TMD being opened up , but it never has come to anything, though i seen a 156 and a 322 being stored in it a couple of years ago, the shed is now empty i guess. Anata no nihungo wa hijo yoidesu. :)

I don't speak much Japanese, only a few words from a Japanese TV show I used to watch. Google translate thinks it's Spanish, yet can't make anything of it.
