One more question.

This is a direct quote from you on Digital Spy:

I have never used 2 ramps anywhere

How do you explain that you now remember using one within the last MONTH?

Oh by the way just as a side, a complaint has been lodged with the BBC regarding the coverage and they have been directed to the Digital Spy thread along with this one for evidence of Tonyaryans' story telling.

Anyone feel like joining in on that please do so

And dont forget to put in a complaint to Granada, Daily Mail, Express, MEN, Advertiser, BBC FIVE LIVE, Asian Network, Tameside Radio to name a few.

Personally, I sincerely hope that the Guard, and/or his Union, and/or Northern Rail, have made a complaint to the Press Complaints Commission and OFCOM in relation to the coverage - in particular their redistribution of material published by Qamar Khaliq (aka TonyAryan) which was unlawfully published without the express written consent of the subject(s).

Read my answer again. I did not use the two-part ramp, the guard tried putting it down but had problems so used the one single ramp.

Can you please refrain from asking questions to whom answers have already been given.

I dot deny using it. A guard tried putting the two ramp down but could not find out how to best do it.

That would have been potentially very dangerous. Might this be a reason that it will never be allowed to happen again? Let's imagine that a guard might say something along the lines of 'last time'... referring to this.

You said you had used a 2 part ramp, you did not state there was an attempt to use one which failed, so another mistruth

You again stated you used the train type on that route, when did you last disembark at Guide Bridge station

You do not know because you dont wish for us to knowto directly quote you in this very thread

I dont know how a 2-part ramp works but I have used it once before I believe so. It must have been a very long time ago that is why I cant correctly remember

Now you say it didnt work?

Not unlawfully published as it is a public interest story and therefore exempt from that particular law.

A one part ramp cannot be used on the Class 142. It cannot clear the lower step. This has been gone over so many times it's unbelievable. Ergo you cannot possibly have alighted from a class 142 train at Guide Bridge if you travelled from Manchester Piccadilly. FACT.

'to which' I think is correct.

Look, CCTV will prove nothing, there are too many unanswered questions, and too many with dodgy answers. i suggest you just leave it here, stop your pursuit of Northern Rail and the Guard. There will be a lot more complex questions to come...

Your very answer was in post 218 "Yes, I have used a 2 part ramp in the past. " so can you please answer correctly to those who ask

It is unlawfully published as you did not disguise the identity of the persons shown therein without their consent. The press and media are absolved of direct responsibility because that responsibility lies with you as you published into the public domain.

You joined this forum yesterday so I can rightly assume you are a close friend or relation of the guard.

Erm nope, so your getting personal now this is a classic, I am a rail worker who has lurked on these forums but never felt the need to post until you came on here and DS

I will not answer any questions put by you. I have just found out that you are the guard's eldest son.

If you are so adamantthat I did not alight it, then prove it.

Quite right, anyone who can see through your story with all its twists, turns, backtracking and plain lies is quite clearly related to the guard.

The laws of physics say that you can't do it. That is enough proof.

Unless the single ramp was pivoting up and down on the step, which is incredibly unsafe.

Do you have proof of that?

You only joined this forum yesterday, there are many people joining daily, hell, on the day I joined did that mean I was in some way involved with what was being discussed? The fact of the matter is this has been a very public story and there are bound to be many people with opinions, it just so happens they joined yesterday
