From the end of the month the flat cloth installed on refurbed seating will start being replaced by the new-style moquette. 150s first up for replacement.

Just a question about the "Digital Train Modifications," specifically the new screens.
When I was on one of these trains, the PIS was functioning but the screens were only in use for advertising content; is the plan that these will display a schematic of the route, or a list of stations with ETAs as per the CAF stock?
Or has money been spent on yet more screens purely for advertising?
Yes, eventually. It will roll out as more systems go online.

Just a reminder of a number of booked moves tomorrow (sat) from various depots to various works.
Too many to list although the one from Kilmarnock to NH is of note. See if any actually run.
Some units go to Crewe CS (XCR) and others Crewe CS (LNWR site0)
Anyone know what the difference is? Thanks

Crewe to NH is a runner, prob return too.
It doesn't look like any of the other booked moves are.

5B31 is 150130 coming back to NH according to railcam
Didn't know 150 130 was at either of the Crewe sites although a few have been visiting recently for CET tank fitment.
My prob out of date list has 113, 115 (11jan) and 131 (18apl) at Crewe.

150225 is working 5B42 NH - Crewe LNWR
So today looks like 2 units both ways Newton Heath too and from both the Crewe sites.
This morning there was early morning moves Neville hill to and from Holbeck but may have just been routine.
Booked moves inc. Kilmarnock and Heaton did not run.

150130 has also had Northern branding applied, in addition to the CET tank being fitted. I presume it’ll have had an interior refurb too.

So the final ones to go into northern livery are 150001,002,122 and the ex scotrail 156s, 323223,4,31,37.
150001,2,122 for refurb and refresh,
the remaining ex scotrail 156s and remaining 323s for PRM mods, refurb and refresh.

So it's just 150001,002,122, the ex scotrail 156s, 323223,4,31,37 to do then and whatever cascades to northern in the future.
I think your talking about PRM mods rather than the various phases of interior refurb.
All long term staying units are PRMed except a handful of 156s and 323s.
Unfortunatly with the recent 156 moves to from works ive lost track as to which units are still to do.
