I can't help thinking that the 185s and 350s would look rather nice in dark blue. Maybe with a pattern of different coloured lines below the windows?

Might be a tricky one, but I'd be intrigued to see how the 87s would have looked with the, I believe, originally planned headcode box.
Another one I'd like to see is the Merseyrail 777s with a reversed livery- yellow ends and yellow-on-black bodysides, rather than vice versa.

That Pendolino with the red swoosh extending all over the nose reminds me a lot of the Pendolino's used by the Swiss Federal Railways!
It certainly does resemble it, especially with it extending over the sides above the cant stripe.
Both look good, I mixed and matched the lighter door colour with the dark cab front, like LNWR's 350s:
