That terminates at Common Garden Street, so is quite popular with lads and girlfriends as it gives them more time together and a shorter distance to walk.
I can only assume that 47007 will only be going for a few weeks until new diagrams are drawn up and the PVR is sorted.

Heard today that ME are getting 9 60 plate Scania E400's by September for the 40/41. This will displace the 3 remaining Leylands and 6 Olympians. Also I can only assume that the "3" is solos from Preston to replace our oldies.
The student who was hit by 17024 last week died in Hospital on Wednesday. There was an investigation and video from the city centre CCTV showed that it was an accident and that the SC driver was not at fault. The student in question had been out drinking in Manchester and was warned by the driver of the Travellers coach that a bus was coming round so to be careful if crossing the road. She ran out and the decker driver had a second at most to react. She flew about 30 feet, she really didn't stand a chance.

A STUDENT has died after being hit by a bus in Lancaster city centre.
Akta Patel, 20, had just got off a Travellers Choice coach opposite Sainsbury's in Cable Street at 3.30am last Friday when she was hit by a doubledecker bus.
The Lancaster University student, who had been on a night out with friends in Manchester, suffered head injuries and was first taken to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
She was then transferred to the Royal Preston Hospital at 7.15am where she remained in a critical condition until Wednesday afternoon, when her life support machine was switched off.
The empty Stagecoach N1 bus had just finished its shift for the night and had been returning to its White Lund depot.
The incident was captured on CCTV and the road was closed by police until 5.51am.
Stephie Barber, Stagecoach operations manager, said: "Our thoughts are with the student's family and friends at this very sad time.
"It's a sad waste. You go to university and you don't expect something like this to happen."
She described the incident as an 'unfortunate accident' and told how the 65-year-old Stagecoach driver from Marsh had spoken to the coach driver following the incident.
He had explained how he warned the girl and two of her friends to be careful as they got off and even sounded his horn.
She added that the Stagecoach driver, who was unhurt but shaken, had taken the following day off work.
Atka was a registered organ donor and it is understood that her organs have been donated to help save other lives.
Originally from London, she was a second year undergraduate student reading French Studies and Philosophy at Lancaster University.
A university spokeswoman said: "Akta will be sadly missed by many friends and family."
Witnesses should call police on 01524 63333.

More than 200 Preston Bus employees are to launch a sensational bid to buy the company back from Stagecoach, the Lancashire Evening Post can reveal.
Drivers, engineers and staff members at the company, which was taken over by Stagecoach in January last year, have decided on a bid to snatch back the firm, which must be sold off by May.
A smaller group of those employees has now been formed to thrash out a viable business plan, while outside investment has already been secured for the bid.
The employees also want to approach a former managing director of a major transport company to head up the attempt.
Paul Greenwood, of the UNITE union at Preston Bus, which represents most of those involved in the bid, said the employees would have to take their chances with other interested parties.
He added: "As far as I am aware the sale process is still going through even though they (Stagecoach) have appealed and as it stands at present the staff have come together and are planning to buy it back.
"They are looking at all the accounts now and will bid for the company in the same way as any other people who are interested.
"We had a meeting of staff to get a general feeling about the idea and the general feeling was yes. Basically, we have a team together now to look at a viability of it.
"We thought it would be well received in Preston and very popular."
Stagecoach snapped up Preston Bus in a £6.4m deal following a bitter 'bus wars' in the summer of 2007, which saw both companies flooding popular routes with vehicles in a battle for customers.
The employee group at Preston Bus insist they have not yet put a value on their bid and will only do so once they have studied the accounts and finalised their plans.
Since the Competition Commission ordered Stagecoach to sell Preston Bus last November, Stagecoach has refused to confirm whether there has been any interest from elsewhere.
A spokesman for Stagecoach said they would not be commenting on the sale process.

Wow good for them! Although I'm not sure whether it will work and be the best path good on em for trying. The worry will be that exactly the same thing will happen as the last time.

I would like to wish the employees at Preston Bus luck with their bid. But i fear they will end up back at square one.
The first thing the successful buyer needs to do, is recoup its initial outlay ASAP, with-out weaking the company further.

I agree, I think the company needs a big investment and I don't think the PB employees will have the capital to do that unless they have a wealthy backer...

yet again, both Fiesta Van and 47024 going down to the footbridge on staff shuttles within seconds! when i was down there before, the fiesta van went down with just the driver, with 47024 being no more than 30 seconds behind it, with only the driver on!
