And yet the EU haven't changed their stance from day 1 - here are some options, Norway, Canada, or you can leave with no future relationship over WTO - and stuck to it. Their only red line is that any proposed solution must not weaken their core structures.

Who said anything about being in the cabinet / negotiating? They aren't, they sit on the back benches doing their best to scupper the cabinet's plans.

Once again you're portraying this as a different opinion, like whether or not pinapplpi should be allowed on a pizza, but it's not. This is about real people's lives, plans and futures. We all have a responsibility to speak up and tell people when they're about to do something stupid that will cause them harm, and sometimes you have to be blunt about it. I'm not advocating any of the abuse that's been thrown around, but IMHO both parties have been equally bad for that. And since you brought it up, I don't remember any remain supporters doing the shooting.

You're getting your opinions mixed up with facts my friend. You're no more entitled to your opinion than I am mine.

You mean me personally? I'm not on the negotiating panel. I'm a mere voter who answered the question put to me by the government of my country and expect them to implement it.

Wait, what?! You don't need to do anything because you're not on the negotiating panel, but the remainers have to do something (as yet undefined) otherwise we'll get a bad deal?!

Yes. Remainers need to quit normalising bigotry and creating division. It's not much to ask.

Interesting. If we were doing to invoke 'brutal deregulation' after we leave then why do we EXCEED EU minimums now? If the plan is to deregulate things then surely it would make sense to only just meet EU minimums now? Why wait for brexit? Farming, food safety, employment rights and animal welfare already far exceed the minima required by the EU, so why not just do it now and cut it to the minimum?

This nonsense of us being a tax haven too. Do you take issue with low tax rates in EU countries such as Ireland and Bulgaria and to you take issue with dodgy secret deals done with multinationals in Netherlands?

Still no plan then?

Chequers is brexit in name only and thus soft than soft brexit.

What exactly is "Brexit in name only"? Under that plan would we be an EU member state? No. So it's Brexit. That is all the UK public voted for.

My plan? Leave on WTO solution is my plan. Tragically that's not an option and thus we must accept the leaving in name only. I'm not in government. I played my part and I and 17.4 million people answered the same way and we are leaving based on a margin of well in excess of one million votes.

Sorry I must have missed where you explained why we exceed the EU on many levels when we are allegedly going to reduce them once we leave? If so please point me to your post which explains it.

Ha ha ha. Blaming everyone else for how Brexit is going. You know what you said before about not calling Brexiteers racist, am I still allowed to call the racist ones racist? Is there a hard and fast rule on this. Like the woman I work with who voted Brexit because of the Pa*is, is she no longer racist.

Thanks for demonstrating beautifully the toxic remainer arrogance that's endemic. Of course racist brexiteer are racists. You think you have the moral high ground with your faux outrage raising the issue of your racist colleague and racist brexiteer but you're seemingly perfectly happy with bigotry. Bravo you. Too funny.

I'm not happy with bigotry. I have mates who voted leave who most certainly aren't racists. How am I perfectly happy with bigotry?

You didn't exactly condemn bigotry. I raised the issue and your reply was to laugh and then deflect to your colleague.

You should be condemning unequivocally all bigotry and hatred. Would you do that just so that we can all be certain that you're not ok with bigotry?

Alright, I unequivocally condemn all bigotry and hatred. Always have done and always will do. Far and away the weirdest thing I have ever been asked to do on this forum.

So there is no plan from the "true leavers" then?

And no answer to what you mean by Brexit in name only.

As for us exceeding EU regulations. Well yes that's because, as you have said, we haven't had the leavers in control yet thankfully. Do I really need to trawl through link upon link, article upon article from leavers suggesting we cut regulation and standards once we leave?

I see. So in theory we could lower standards but nobody with clout actually wants to. It's a bit like saying all trade might stop or flights could be grounded. So who will lower these standards and when will they do so and why haven't they already lowered them to only just meet EU minima?

Brexit means becoming a third country, free from all EU projects and getting away from ECJ primacy. In my opinion it is not brexit.

What do people think of the Festival of Britain idea? Now if they could bring back the skylon that would be cool.

Remainers were offered 'soft brexit' and the response was that we may as well stay. If staying in the SM was offered remainers would again say 'we may as well stay'. Give and inch and remainers will take a mile. Sorry, I mean centimetre and kilometre.

So are you advocating hard Brexit because you would actually tolerate soft Brexit?

I think is a good idea. It won't be a good idea to have it in London though as they tend to hate all things British there. Give it to the regions where we can celebrate what's great about this country and sell places outside of London as London frankly gets enough of the action.

A fabulous opportunity to promote the new global Britain.

I don't understand the question sorry. Could you try again and maybe reword it?

My five brexit tests are:

No large regular payments
No primacy of ECJ (unless it's a trade related matter)
No FOM
No CAP
No CFP

Does that answer your question?

You clearly implied that Remainers were not to be trusted with tolerance of a soft Brexit, because we would just want more. I was just checking whether Brexiteers also meant something different to what they say. Obviously not.

No. With remainers you give an inch they take a mile and always try and reverse brexit or engineer another vote so that it goes their way.

This is a very odd post and shows very little understanding of the issues involved or the replacements required. Full on UKIP. I think this might be a WUM account.

Well then kindly educate me my friend instead of the usual claims of racism/UKIP/uneducated and just ending it there. If you're so prescient on all issues brexit then why not share your knowledge.

Put simply 160+ countries somehow survive with no FOM, CAP, CFP or paying billions in membership fees.

I have no idea what a WUM account is.
