It's more that they've ran out of franchise than money, although the two are connected.

Although, it doesn't seem to stop NXEA getting the 317's reliveried. I've not heard of any 315's or anymore 360's being done, the 321's are steadily being done, and I've heard a reliable roumer that 156402 (the one currently in Chapelfield advertising livery) is to be reliveried some point this year or maybe early next as the advertising contract is up.

Seen on Julian Sprott's photo gallery, 43296 in NXEC livery - June dated photo. Previous shot in April was in GNER livery. Surprise livery change due to doubts over NXEC's future with the franchise.

Have returned the EMT list after noticing that the EMT thread had not been updated for quite a few months.

SUMMARY:
Class 156 completed.
Class 222 completed, except for the return to service of 222103 [which has one carriage in EMT livery].
Class 43 - 17 to go.
Class 153 - 5 to go.
Class 158 - 17 to go, during refurbishment process, so output is 1-2 per month.

Out of 105 sets, 65 are in EMT livery, 40 remain for EMT relivery.

EMT have announced a refurbishment of the coaching stock, so they will gradually all appear in EMT livery as well.

Sorry this one is slightly late, 90019 seen at Norwich station today in the middle road of plats 5 & 6, and 90024 in the sidings at Crown Point. Neither loco attached to anything.

317 514 released from Ilford and 321 308 back from Doncaster after relivering.

321 312 at Doncaster for relivering, and 317 887 at Ilford for relivering.

NXEA have also taken delivery of at least 3 321's from LM (possibly more). Not sure of unit numbers yet.

421/422/423/434/435/436 all moved to IL, then to store at Orient Way CS until further notice (ie December timetable), others apparently off to Eastleigh (!) for storage in near future. LM 321 usage now very low, mass diagram changeover took place 13/07. 321406 at Doncaster, possibly with 426 but not sure if latter actually made the move.
