I think its July that the contract with DRS currently continues until. Remember its around £35k per week so unless NRs insurance is paying I'm sure GA will want rid asap.

There has been a report on a Gen Group that 1 vehicle of 142072 has been spotted heading WESTBOUND crossing the Severn Bridge. The other vehicle was seen on a Lowloader parked up off Junction 22 on the M4. The direction of travel indicates that it has been away somewhere and undergone repair. There doesn't seem to be many "spotters" in the South Wales area so I think we will just have to watch this space.

150208 has been missing again and emerged from the LNW Depot at Crewe today following Exam and painting into the new ATW livery. Was booked ECS to Canton but didn't run due to fault.
Can you elaborate please...
I understand that the carriage in question fell off jacks at the depot. As the unit belongs to Great Northern and is due for replacement, it's possible that the leasing company isn't sure that the cost of repairs are worth it.
(Or did you want elaboration on what a PTOS is?

168003 and 168005 are both now out of use, pending delivery of replacement windscreens. Half the vehicles have been out of use since late last year, whilst the remaining vehicles operated as a hybrid unit. That ended in May when the hybrid suffered a broken driver's windscreen. 168003 is now dumped in the branch siding at Aylesbury, formed up as a 6-car unit with the MS vehicles from both units. The two driving vehicles from 168005 are currently stored on Aylesbury depot.

Thank you but I do know what a PTOS is, and I also know what has happened to 313030.
The post I replied to was "Not looking good for 313030", and I was interested to know the reason for the post.

That happened, but only lasted for a day or two. The intermediate vehicles from 168005 are currently formed within 168003, and standing out of use at Aylesbury.
What has happened since my last post is that the undamaged driving vehicle from 168005 has been paired with two cars from 168113 to form another hybrid, formed 58263/58463/58263.
That may be shown, but 456018 is alive and well. I only had it in service on Wednesday.

150244 is out and about now. It has fairly recently been to Wolverton Works for PRM Mods and re-livering.

I see that 456018 has been out to play on Friday. It is still shown though on maintenance even though it has actually been allocated to a days diagram. I suspect that it has just been coincidence that the days I have looked it has not been on a diagram.
150244 is shown as being on St Philips Marsh under maintenance having arrived there on 1st March.
Of course I can only go on what the system states and would welcome actual observations if possible please.
And 155346 still not out.

I would like somebody to clarify a query I have.
Last month, I was focusing on Class 365s for haulage. I have managed to get all of them for haulage except 365520.
When I mentioned this in the Trip Report section, somebody mentioned that 365520 is in pieces at Ilford depot. Is that the case or not?
PS I am aware that 526 was permanently withdrawn from service after the Potters Bar accident in 2002.

It seems the hybrid only lasted a day. 168005 is once again laid up in its entirety.

142072 was released from its fire damage repairs at Wolverton at the start of June, now back at Canton.
The PTOS of 313030 has recently moved to Wolverton.
365520 was damaged in a level crossing collision last summer, the damaged DM returned from repairs at Brush in May I think it was. Now reported to be on overhaul at Ilford.

Whenever I've been after 150134 it hasn't been in service. Anyone know what's going on with it?

165124 - repaired and due back very soon by the sound of it
142072 - possibly repaired and back in Cardiff. No sign of it back in action yet
350233 & 360264 - still in Germany
221144 - being reformed and due back soon
332014 - still no sign of this returning
321448 - still no sign of it
317722 - no sign of this either
313030 - future looks in doubt as they are soon to be replaced anyway
444002 - not sure on this. Has anyone seen it?
