My dad seems to think so,but I assume if so, it was filled in when they knocked down Trinity Street station and built the current "architectural masterpiece" in the 80's. I can see what appear to be vents in the platform edges still, but I was only about 10-12 at the time, we'd moved from the area and due to the fact I struggle to recall what I did last week, it's all long gone...
