What card types are missing?

VISA Credit.

I tried both my VISA debit cards using the VISA+3.00 option and get the following message:

"The payment details or the card type seems incorrect"
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Used a different search engine and tried cards again only to get message to the effect of "there was a problem processing your payment..."

Clearly Eurostar don't want me to travel and I've now missed out on 2 good deals <(

Sounds like an error at their end to be rejecting cardslike that. What sort of fare are you wanting? I wonder if it could get it from a site like Loco2 for the same price?

I am sure if there are any faults ES will sort it out soon.

I lost out on 2 very good cheap deals booking for November.

I would have thought booking direct would be easy <(

I tried a few days ago on a different computer - same problem so can't see ES sorting it out soon

On the drop down menu for 'Card type' 'Visa Delta/Debit' should be there, you need to select that if using a Debit Card, the £3 charge does not apply to Debit Cards anyhow.

VISA Credit.
That's the VISA +£3.00 option. It wouldn't happen to be a Lloyds or TSB account by any chance? I've had a few instances recently where my card hasn't been recognised despite being perfectly valid.

Why not phone Eurostar? They're normally very helpful on the phone.
