First 377 spotted on the production line at Derby in FCC colours:

Soon to be in Green
As far as I am aware FCC have already received the first of their Class 377s, or is this simply reporting that they are now undergoing repainting from the base scheme into the correct livery ready for product launch?
TS Class 380s will look almost identical then!
not to strengthen but to be ffc services, displacing 319's on to sevenoaks services (377's apparently going to sevenoaks as well maybe further).
so if all goes to plan fcctl will be getting all the 319's in cluding 319/2's and these new builds.
I was advised that FCC had already received their first Class 377 for passenger use
So is this NOT the case then!
ERM....What are you going on about mate? None of the 380s are even allocated on TOPS/Gemini yet!!
any gen for when it comes out of Derby? (I assume it'll be like when 377s were new: Class 67s & porterbrook barrier wagon, then 377s.)
Looks nice, will make a difference to 317s/319s bombing up and down all day (I quite like 319s though)
Only in the morning and afternoons do the 317s come out![]()
I now receive the First Group asset list, which includes their fleet (as at specified dates)
This includes some items of rolling stock which clearly are now planned for, but not yet received
I'm not sure if the asset team do this so that they are accounted for and everything is in place, or so that everything is in place first and any changes can then be made before the assets are accepted
It is possible that the Class 377 and/or 380 units are not yet on the rolling stock systems
The unit and coach numbers have already been allocated, but these can quite easily be changed once they have been confirmed by the RoSCo
I'm already aware that 380001 doesn't exist, and was intrigued as to why it appears on the asset list
My suspicion is that this has been done to offset the costs ready for the next tax year
1842 London Bridge Brighton
1537 Brighton Bedford (departs St Pancras 1706)
1711 London Bridge to Brighton
1738 Kentish Town Three Bridges
Ah makes sense now.
Then surely the 377/5s would be in Southern Livery?
