Hello
Silly question, but I can't find an answer anywhere and for some reason there is something in my mind that says 'No'
I suffered a delay on a journey the other week, but part of my payment was used via rail vouchers. When the TOC comes to look at my claim will they knock the value that I paid with RV off the ticket. So say I was to get 50% of my fare and I had paid £20 of the £50 fare via RV would I get £25 or £15 in RV back.
Like I said silly question... but I have it in my head that when getting a refund on tickets not used (if purchased by RV) you don't get that value back, so thought it might be the same case here. Off course Im prob completely wrong and got my wires mixed up and mixed myth with fact or misunderstood other forum posts.
Thanks
