As I claim work travel expenses currently using Oyster. I currently use a London Underground ticket office to get a Oyster Usage Statement which I then use as a receipt to claim back.
However when the ticket office closes, Oyster becomes a bit more of a disadvantage for this use as when I tweeted TfL Ways to Pay, they told me to subscribe to a weekly email statement, which I already subscribe to, but is useless for same day submission, something which the workplace requires. I thought the LUL TOM's would be able to print this data?
So apparently you can see same day travel online which you can see if you use a Contactless card, but as I think they don't calculate the total until the end of the day, will this be as useful as getting the price from an Oyster card?
