That's providing the MOM hasn't been called out to attend a incident elsewhere though that might well be 50 or 60 miles away.

The london MOMs don't generally cover that big an area (at least ours don't)

My point being is the MOM might not be in the locality as he or she may be dealing with another incident at another location in their area.
