Whats the world coming to? You should be filled with joy when you hear that noise.
Except when it was ****ing it down and you had to stand out on sink into some muddy field for half and hour in the cold. That was a tad annoying sometimes, although it was clear that they did it on purpose as every teacher seemed to have their umbrella to hand at just the right time.

We had one on Tuesday. Right in the middle of our Biology prelim :( Some idiot upstairs decided to knock the alarm off. So, we were being told to calmly leave the hall in silence, as per SQA rules, when the assistant head runs in screaming "DRAW A LINE UNDER AND RUN!" He obviouly realised it was a real emergency since they wouldn't put a drill on during a prelim.

I'm sure he meant well, but our SQA prelim is now null and void, since we were no longer in exam conditions outwith the school. Thank you.

So why does that matter, a prelim is only a practice anyway, the mark counting for nothing IIRC? Just to get used to exam conditions, and the style of exam questions......

Anyway, TIHBN (Today I have been nervous) because we haven't seen Gizmogle all day, ever since I called her Southern. I fear I may have upset her and caused her to go on a drinking bender to prove she is Northern.

You've not seen Gizmogle all day because she's been with me since yesterday morning and we went to Skegness today.

Don't worry, she's all safe and sound...at Stockport atm :| ;)

Yeah...if you consume too much carrots you go Orange, and too much banana can hike your potassium levels, mangling your brain for a bit....

Are you aware that the words "Safe, Sound and Stockport" do not go together? She'll probably become a Chav, End up with no face or just become a hardcore drug dealer like myself and Coxster..

Probably best to avoid those carrot and banana smoothies then!

It's used for appeals, absentees, estimates etc., so if I'm ill on the dday of the final, I have nothing to fall back on. Let's hope any conditional comes through for Chemistry, then!

The bizarreness of the Scottish system, can you not just point to your coursework marks? Our mocks were the previous years exam paper, which was marked in school and it was sill allowed to be used as evidence in an appeal - if the exam was stopped due to a fire alarm in a mock, we got an extra mock at the end of the block - quite handy as teachers marked both so you got more feedback.

Also because the exams were in the hall, we were not allowed to evacuate unless the Fb said it was necessary, or the fire was obviously nearby. if fact one day the technology block burned down while we did an English GCSE in the hall across site.

I was nervous abut training the new girl at work today but after nosing about her CV the other day I figured she wouldn't need much training.. sure enough all those As and A*s at GCSE level proved she was a quick learner.

Bloody hot looker too..

Anyway back to trippin' about giant monkey arms of death and throwing barrels at random plumber boyfriends of princesses I've just captured..

Yeh, but then if it wasn't for the dealing then we wouldn't be able to have that real Burberry gear, and would be stuck with the cheap stuff. Your modded Nova would not have it's new exhaust either ;)

I remember a couple of fire drills last year being cancelled because of the rain, and the staff not having brought brollies. Another was cancelled when all the students found out about it, dunno how...

What made me nervous. My brither going into Glasgow with his friends... He was too scared to take the train from Coatbridge all by himself, thus he decided to be driven to Hamilton

No, if you fail on the day, you can use it to appeal to the SQA.

I got any early valentines card today. It said on it,

"One a Scale of one to ten (Opens Card) I would defiantly give you one" If you don't understand it's meant in a sexual way

I never thought I was that dirty, took me a while to figure out it was though, I have a brief idea...
