Why does the Birmingham & West Midland route diagram in the national timetable show Walsall - Wolverhampton as being a limited service? It's every half hour?

Regarding Dawlish Sea Wall:

Temporary disruptions, such as landslips or flooding, should be ignored unless the disruption period exceeds one month.

In the event of long-term engineering works, these should be ignored unless they span a timetable period and are noted in the National Rail Timetable. Station closures less than a month long should also be ignored.

Network Rail have quoted that the Sea Wall will take 6-8 weeks in order to repair, so according to the rules, I think we can safely assume that the line between Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth are off limits, with those two stations being terminus stations in either direction until further notice

So Dawlish Warren is a valid terminus station.

I'm glad to be off the Walsall line. Now we can see if the Birmingham Loop also hates me.

The line as Dawlish Warren is unaffected and 2hr shuttles will run once the weather has improved

In short, nothing moves North of Teignmouth (if someone starts a leg there) and nothing moves south of Dawlish Warren

Can I draw attention to the new "RED SECTION" at the foot of the rules section on the very first posting on the quiz, that now covers embargoed line sections, which is now being administered and updated by an accredied forum quizmaster...Class172
