I now return and seeing how matters have have progressed in my absence. I trust the PM that I have just sent have arrived safely.

PM received thanks and puzzlement solved.

But surely Dukeries Junction is after Tuxford? It had platforms both on the GNR mainline and the LDECR that crossed there. And passenger trains certainly called - verified in the June 1947 timetable for the line

Walton only had platforms on the separate Midland Railway line and the GN line did not go through or serve it. Adjacent yes, but not on
