Description:
Z-trains recreates the railtours and special workings that had a 'Z' in the headcode. The famous Lickey Incline is the feature of this video set between 2000 and 2009. There is a variety of diesels and steam on railtour's and specials. Highlights include:
- Black 5 44871 and 71000 'Duke of Gloucester' double heading the Great Britain III tour up the bank
- A Class 66 rescuing not one, but TWO football specials hauled by 67's that failed on the lickey.
- Two HST railtours by Heartland Rail featuring 43070 and 43087 in their former special liveries.
- 5690 'Leander' taking a run up the Lickey unassisted.
- 55022 struggling at the top of the incline.
- Voyagers and 158's on football specials.
- Two heads-out shot's behind two different types of loco's up the Lickey from the bottom to the top.
Classes featured: 20, 31, 33, 37, 43 (HST), 46, 47, 52, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 66, 67, 158, 220 and various steam locos.
