Hi Everyone.
I have seen a lot of BVE Cips on Youtube and thought I would have a go.
I have recorded a few clips using The CamStudio Prog which was mentioned on this forum last week. No problem with that, well only at first.
My problem now is all off my clips although short are well over the limit in size that Youtube allows. They allow 100mb.My smallest clip, which had bugger all on it was 197mb.
Is there a program that resizes videos similar to the one I use to resize my digital photos.
My lad just stuck his head in the door and said I need to compress them!!
Any help would be appreciated.
Eifion.

Yep, he's right you need to compress them.

To compress my vids I generally use Windows Movie Maker because I'm a cheapskate when it comes to those things. WMM comes free with Windows XP/Vista/etc. :)

I had a look at WMM.But still none the wiser.Have you any suggestions to guide me in the right direction as to what part of WMM to use.
Many Thanks.. Eifion.

Put your clip together in the normal way (use the timeline). There's a help file if you want help doing that.

Then, when you're finished:

File -> Save Movie File -> Internet -> Do the bits and bobs -> Username/password prompt -> Type in any old trash -> Save movie file on your computer (tis a small hyperlink).

Then you can upload it to YouTube. :)
