Until a few years ago, high quality videos of the Erewash Valley route were non-existent and there were no videos of any quality of the "old road" via Barrow Hill. There are now several and a splendid new one has been recently uploaded . . . . .

I stand corrected, thanks. They didn't show up in search for some reason. Maybe because "Class 195" isn't mentioned/shown in the title/thumbnail. The first one I've now found is this one from January 2022:

Shot entirely on an I phone (something I may not do again) it looks briefly at each Station along the line.

A new video of the WCML route from Rugby via Northampton to Willesden has recently been uploaded . . . . .

Very interestingly it shows how much freight sometimes moves along this route but the passenger trains seem fewer than normal.
