York this weekend 27/28 Feb

Is anyone going to York this weekend to see the Flying Scotsman? Hotel rooms are thin on the ground and those with rooms are charging exorbitant rates. I can only guess it's linked to the arrival of the Flying Scotsman.

no: that is just York on a weekend! The Premier Inn, for instance seems to be the normal rate and late rooms seems to be showing the normal availability. Look a bit further out and get the train in
