Year in Industry to Graduate Scheme (NR)

I just completed a Year in Industry at Network Rail and have applied for the Graduate Scheme. I haven’t been fast tracked to any assessment centre, but my managers were all very pleased with how I got on and urged me to apply.

What are my chances of landing an interview given my one years experience already?
