Oh and before anyone says it's the iMac - it isn't. I'm running it in a bog standard Windows installation - tried it without reschanger as well. Bit jiggery pokery ... off to get more drivers..

It's probably the drivers...

That said though, 1680x1050 is a very odd resolution. Maybe BVE doesn't know how to handle it!? :?

Hardly ;)

1680x1050 is the default resolution for a the Mac monitor ...

Upgraded the drivers to the latest but no result - oh well. Shall just have to play BVE on the MacBook (which works I might add). :)

But if BVE requires objects to be multiples of 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 etc, then maybe it just simply can't display on that resolution, because the location of the objects, doesn't fit in with the pixels on the screen... Or something like that... ;)

Can you try it on a 1024x768 resolution, although I'm guessing you probably can't?

Reschanger makes it mess up on all resolutions ... gonna try installing .Net 3 in a min.

EDIT:

I meant I've tried it through loads of resolutions on reschanger...

Quick message to Admins/Mods Tom and me called a truce some time ago. Seeing as he has replied above, I will do so aswell.

The main reason I'm getting a Mac is that with Bootcamp you can have Windows on a separate partition.

That's fair enough, but you can partition your hard drive in windows to allow Linux/Windows/Mac all to run on one PC...
