Xmas Temp Staff

Does anyone know of any temp xmas work going around the Leeds area ?

Within the railway industry? (if not I have been told that Royal Mail are taking on temp xmas shift staff at the sorting office in Stourton) not a bad one to have on a future application/CV -experience of working shift patterns? Not sure what else you could stretch from it - perhaps the following of strict rules and proceedures

It may be too late for Royal Mail now. They normally have recruitment completed by the end of November, at least in my area.

Thanks guys. I should have said on the railway. Ive been told that East Coast bring in agency staff for a week or so at Leeds and Wakefield Westgate but im struggling to find out who the agency are and I was also wondering if any of the other companies do the same thing over Xmas.

I believe EC agency staff are provided by Spring. Not 100% certain though!

Try Northern Recruitment Group (NRG) 01642-261-761. They always want staff for Train Cleaners for Northern Rail on Night Shift at Leeds and will be busy with the Xmas Period coming up. Ive done a 2 Month stint there but had to stop doing it has I travelled from Warrington and didn't get a free pass because I was agency but its all been experience and its on my CV but if your local the experience will be great and could lead to a full time job. Ring that number mate ASAP as there should be a vacancy with me leaving and the busy xmas period coming up.
