XC Weekend First upgrades

Hi I've searched and searched and can't find. Does anyone know the Weekend first upgrades on XC from Paignton to Tiverton Parkway and from Paignton to Bristol Temple Meads. I'd be on cheap day/off peak tickets.

The biggest question is - is it worth it?
