[Mugby]

XC are not calling at Doncaster today, does anyone know what route they are taking between York and Sheffield (excluding those via Leeds)

[MidnightFlyer]

Pontefract Baghill by the looks of things

Ah thanks.

It appears Doncaster - Sheffield is blocked and yet Northern Rail aren't showing any engineering work on their site.

Northern are running rail replacement buses from Doncaster

XC are also going via Lichfield and Guildford today. Going to be some very unusual calling patterns as a result.

There replacing the track in Conisbrough tunnel over the next 8 weekends I gather as TPE are only doing CLE - DON and SHF - MIA there has been a collection of equipment gathering at the tunnel mouths over the last few weeks

Power supply issues on the Portsmouth direct line, XC are calling at Haslemere, Petersfield and Havant as a result!

Also noticed that a few XC ECS moves between Eastleigh TRSMD and Southampton or Bournemouth reversed at Fareham this morning, presumably in P2 - which has a certain rarity value?

Ooh, it's like the old days of Virgin. Except without the 158s.
