XC summer HST

Hi all.
After looking around a few forums I have not been able to find 100% times for HST in the summer with XC (although if one fails I do understand a 22x will come to play), but from what I gather, is this planned to happen?

I have seen posts saying the East Coast set will not happen and others saying it will happen. Just rather confusing. Hopefully some kind members will be able to shed some light.

Yep, That looks pretty correct to me!!.. Well i dont know about the times!. Most of the routes which are mostly plymoth to glasgow i have seen HST's operate on!.

And according to some on WNXX there will be no hired in EC HSTs this year either.

Think this will be one of those wait and see if they appear or not!

I believe - but not sure, .docx is the file type for Word 2007 file formats.

As I have Word 07 I have no troubles opening it - I will save it as a 97-2003 document (.doc) and attach it for you.

Thanks for providing the gen guys! Gave me the opportunity to grab some decent mileage behind the two XC HSTs that were out yesterday.

For a bit of general info, the sets were 43321+43357, with carriage rake XC02, on the 07:00 Glasgow-Newquay, and 43207+43285 on the 09:27 Newquay to Dundee with carriage rake XC04. Both just about running to time as well (The southbound was 8 mins late leaving Brum)! However the air con was faulty in one of the TSOs on the northbound run, although it was still the busiest carriage of the train; you'd think people would perhaps relocate to one of the cooler carriages...

Looking forward to when all 4 diagrams are up and running later in the month, I've devised a set of moves to get myself some decent mileage with all the sets in service :)

will the newquay-manchester be going via crewe on the way back, some people say it is and some people say it does not.

The two times ive used the evening cross country from Edinburgh Waverley to Glasgow its been a voyager:cry: Though i loved a XC going via shotts , hamilton , queens park ...:D Tho that stopped i think.

Could anyone confirm that the 11.12 of bham nst to plymouth this week will definately be
a hst,barring any failiures.Many thanks.

I'm not sure what the set is that works Mondays and Fridays only; I have it on this document as XC803 but I'm pretty sure 02 worked it today as it had to be dispatched with flags as the driver-guard communication is broken.
