When the wires reach Dunblane, they will definitely have bridged the Forth.

whilst there are many bridges over the Forth (there are two railways ones at Stirling alone) there is only one Forth Bridge; I think it was pretty clear which was meant.

Plymouth - Glasgow booked HST (1901 off Darlington where I might be despatching it) if it was double voyager still wouldnt have an E (either ABCDF or ACDF plus either GHJKL or GJKL.

Thanks, that's excellent news. Never done an HST via Carstairs/Motherwell to Glasgow.

What kind of ticket allows you to make an reservation via Edinburgh and Glasgow?

It is just an anytime day single. I only chose to reserve because it gave me the option to and I could then choose what seat I wanted. It's free, so why not. Offered upgrade to first class for an extra £2.50, but thought bit pointless since I'm only on the service for 1 hour.
