XC First Class Host

Hi I have being invited to an assessment for the position of first class host in Reading, If their is anyone on here based in Reading that can provide more information on the job, diagrams, shifts etc would be appreciated

Just recently had an interview with XC as a RSM based in Bristol.

Wasn`t the best interview I`ve ever experienced. They seem to work on tests, Maths, English similar to those sent to you, then a group interview.

Good luck. You may have better luck than our group, plus you have an advantage to being in Reading and closer to London and slightly less competition in the jobs market.

Hi thanks for leaving a message regarding your assessment I had also come across your other post, I am personally thinking that the first class host position is more of an entry position as apposed to the retail service manager positions
so Im remaining positive towards the assessment process
I am well aware It is quite a hard industry to establish yourself in so as far as im concerned even getting to the stage of an assessment is a good result.
I hope you manage to excel your skills in a similar position or assessment. Good luck with your future assessments with Toc's
