Hi,

A bit of advice wanted really if possible.

Applied for a job with Cross Country back in March for their Administration Assistant (casual) role (Mainly as a way to get a foot in the door as I'm an admin puke by trade - been doing it in local government for nearly a decade as a part time job and thought - maybe I could apply and fill my non working days up).

Had an assessment emailed to me a few weeks later which I completed next day.

Checked a week later and the application tracker said "Successful after shortlisting" but it also said "advertising".

Been checking at least three times a week since and it's still stuck showing "Successful after shortlisting" and "advertising".

Sent a message to them via their web form on the allaboardxc site early last week but heard nothing back.

Has anyone else experienced this from Cross Country when trying to apply for them? If so, what advice can you give?

Cheers

They take forever to get back to you, they also apply a healthy dose of nepotism to most things they do.

Ah, so the same as a certain other industry then at times (*cough* local government and the Civil Service *cough*)

Cheers for that
