I applied for a role at XC a while ago which was put on hold. Fast-forwarding a few months I was invited to an assessment day last week in which I was successful at the testing and group exercise stage and went forward to the interview process with 3 others.
It's now been 8 days since the interview and I've yet to receive any feedback. I know we've had the Easter bank holidays but am quite anxious to find out how I got on!
Everything has been done by email so far, so should I be keeping an eye on my inbox or is it likely to be a phone call/letter? Would you recommend emailing the recruitment team for an update or just keep waiting for another few days? The did say at the interview process that everyone should know by 'the end of next week' (today!)
