Currently on 170115 from Nottingham-Cardiff, its a 2 car unit, but theres coach A and coach C, with the coach C end looking like the the 5 being changed. I know the 2 car units are usually A & B, and 3 car A,B & C, anyone know why 115 is in this formation?

Pretty sure that the 2-car units are always A&C, with B only ever being the centre car.

Oh right, thanks for that, i just thought with it looking like the 5 being put on it'd been swapped off a 3 car unit for some reason,

Yeah, two car units are always A & C to allow B to always be unreservable in case of set swaps
