Hi all

Looking to do a trip on the X94 at some point from Ruabon to Bala, and possibly onto the next place Llanuwchllyn. Some long distance bus services have fares on their websites, e.g. the Yorkshire Coastliner but I can find no fares for this service. Anyone know what sort of price I'll be paying for a return from Ruabon to Bala? Its a big factor in deciding whether to make this trip or not.

Ta.

Tom

Quite surprised GHA don't have a day ticket that covers the whole network, GHA do have day tickets however they only cover some areas but not the whole network, although GHA have a weekly ticket that covers the whole network.

The one that confuses me is the 'Cheshire Day Ticket' which says "valid on GHA / Vale Travel buses in Cheshire. Also valid on Services 36 / 82 and Connect 88."

The 88 route extends to Greater Manchester so that statement implies the entire 88 route is included. However, why include Altrincham on the 88 route but not the 289 route and then why include the Airport Viewing Park on the 88 route and not on the 200 route?

The 32 route is "Ellesmere Port - Cheshire Oaks - Elton - Frodsham - Runcorn", with Halton being separated from the ceremonial county of Cheshire ahead of Cheshire County Council being split up, maybe that is just to avoid confusion about whether or not Runcorn is in Cheshire.

However, the 82 route is Chester to Northwich - no doubt that the entire route is in Cheshire so why mention it?
