I suspect your getting a cached version of the page from your browser, clear your cache and try again.

Tried it from a newly emptied cache and restarted Safari and Chrome and hey presto - still appears.

I should know why this is happening ... but I'm stumped.

Even works ok on my phone over Wi-Fi.

Tried all available browsers (except IE ... I'm not that stupid/desperate) and it works on all 3.

According to Nominet, the domain name registration has been suspended which is why it is offline
