Hey everybody! I've finally stumbled upon a forum where I can talk and discuss about buses! Been looking for something like this a long time, I have much to share about buses.

I'll start off with the difference between the Wright Pulsar and Eclipse, they have both the same body but different chassis. I can't tell the difference sometimes, I have picked up though that you know it's a first and second gen Pulsar by the VDL logo on the window trim and the Eclipse has no logo. So I think that's the single deckers, it's the double deckers I have problems with, Wright Pulsar Gemini and Wright Eclipse Gemini. Unlike the single deckers, there is no logo in the window! I was wondering how to spot the differences? Many thanks!

I believe it's possible to tell the difference based on location of air intake/fuel filler etc. It's not a modern issue as (since the engine moved from poking out the front) body manufacturers have been trying to hide the details of the chassis as much as possible, other than Wright who appear to want to use it in the body name!

One difference is the Pulsar Gemini's exhaust is at the rear and central, the Eclipse Gemini's is under the emergency exit door.
