Wrexham to bidston line traction used

What traction is currently used on this line.
Also have class 153 in pairs now finished.

Not sure they were ever used( not recently anyway) the 150’s stayed on the route although there was a plan to use 153’s apparently they used to struggle badly up the bank from Shotton toward Wrexham.

150s and will be replaced by 230s when current testing and training completed. 153s finished in 2006 and solely 150s ever since apart from a handful of trips by a pair of 153s about a month ago due to a 150 failure. The previous post explains the move to replace the 150s with 153

I clocked one of these at the bidston extension about 2 weeks ago.
