Wrexham & Shropshire seating.

Just a quick one, I am travelling Wrexham and Shropshire on Thursday and would anyone know if the following seats are part of a table of 4 or a table for 2?

A10B & A10F

I am pretty sure they are forward and back seats at a table for 2, but without a seat plan online I can not be 100%,

yes it is by a table, and yes f is forward, b is backward, i cant say if its by the window or not.

who dont they put 2 people sitting next to eachover, why sit them opposite lol?

coach A is the coach furthest away from the buffet car aswell, lol.

Certainly in the first set of refurbished coaches, coach "A" is the first class coach, unless they've been relabelled since:

A10 is a table of two in 1st class if its on one of the new sets, all reservations are No's are for the seating plan in the new sets. However this doesnt match the seating plan on the old sets, so I think 10 is part of a table of 4. I hope coach A isnt the other end of the train to the buffet, if it is someone has made one hell of a mess.

Also dont forget the extra standard coach from 13th Dec, due to extra stops and trade as stated by a W/S driver last week at a presentation in Wrexham

Really???? Ive been putting out my reservations in the wrong coaches for the last 18 months then. Strange though, the standard coach B looks very like the now 1st class coach C.

Reservations have been double booked before, very rarely and this has been done by someone getting into the NRES system and removing the original reservation.

I travelled 1st with them Marylebone to Shrewesbury about 8 months ago. The first class Mk3 was like a Virgin one - tables for 4 one side of the aisle, tables for 2 the other side.

There were only 4 of us in 1st, so it didn't matter that the seats had no numbers. "Just sit where you like" said the catering lady.

I think Paul is also on here now. All i can say for definate is that we have all benn told that as from the new time table all sets will be 4 car to cope with the extra demand from LMS and BAN, as to if this does happen......
