Wrexham, Newport, Cheltenham, Birmingham

Hi all.

I'm in need of travelling from Wrexham General to Newport on the 31st, staying in Newport for a few hours and then going to Cheltenham. Returning on the 2nd, preferably via Birmingham.

Easiest way I can find is splitting tickets at Shrewsbury which appears to allow me to do this. Can anyone find an cheaper way?

Shrewsbury - Newport is not valid via Birmingham, if that is what you are proposing.

Yes, a lollypop journey if you like, reconverging at Shrewsbury.

I think I'll keep the Cheltenham to Paddington journey on the 1st out of it I think ;)
