Far as I know is Byfleet and New Haw on the Up ......... unless you have/know of a worse one?

The levels are up and down all over the place and it looks like it has suffered from subsidence in several places (at least 7 ! ). I'm surprised it is allowed to be legally used.

Platform 2c at Sheffield is quite annoying. Had to make a 3 minute connection there and missed it because even the staff that I asked didn't know where it was!

Platform 1 and 2 island at Colchester is bad. I've seen people trapped the wrong side of the yellow line as an intercity trains whizzes past at 80mph.

The platform at Chappel and Wakes Colne is sinking at one end, the retaining wall at the back is bowed and there's a noticable dip in the surface.
Luckily its beyond the 2-car stop so when it finally gives way Network Rail can just demolish it with little fuss

Arundel Up platform is pretty bad. Its about 18 inchs up in to a 377.
Its a 12 car platform and the bit next to the station is only used by 12 car sets. 4 and 8 car sets stop back down the platform on the high bit.
This totally confuses the many tourists who visit each year.
The booking office staff have emergency steps and ramps for anyone stranded and the staff seem well practised.

Freshford used to be bad, before they re-did it. Starcross is another 1 that comes to mind, the Exeter bound platform

Marks Tey Platform 3 had a massive gap when the 150s operated in the area, First Great Eastern had to fit some steps which overhung the platform edge slightly to help bridge it.

It the problem was slightly solved when the track was relaid, then completly solved when 156s took over.

Can anybody get a picture of Branksome at the moment?

It looks like a garden with rails running through it.

Buddleia plants are everywhere (you know the ones - large bushes with purple flowery spikes that attract butterflies) thers some white flowers at teh side and red poppies in the middle.

On the down you can see where the shoe gear has been shaping the bushes :lol:

Gloucester station is annoying if you have a tight connection and your train is put in platform 1...

Nuffin there !

I worked a train into Exeter yard one Summer and the weeds were chest high all along the walking route.

Have to agree with you there, its awful, the down side isnt all that good!

Cambridge can get crazy if a train due into platform 1 gets changed to 4 or vice versa. Especially if they do this in the morning peak, triggering a stampede of commuters. A cornish pasty kiosk has also been installed on platform 1 directly opposite the first set of doors on a 365, reducing the width by 1/3.
