The GPhC states that dishonesty (due to a fraud charge) could be a potential reason for getting struck off the registry
Just to repeat: you won't be charged wih fraud by TfL, but under their Byelaws for not having a valid ticket - I don't ever recall them taking any other option.
There also some cases where a pharmacist who didn't disclose her three train fare evasions was struck off
Yes, it was failing to disclose the conviction, not the conviction itself, that was the problem - almost any employer will regard that as a dismissals offence.

Don't panic but do ask for help when you need it.

I really hope so, I understand how bad this will look on my record once I graduate, but if its better than being kicked out, I'll take it. My only worry is paying of the fine, since it is a hefty amount
You will be able to navigate through this. Especially with advice from this forum as you will be able to find out accurately what to expect and although it won’t seem like it’s easy, it will help you. That’s because being informed helps you make the best choice possible even when that’s the least worst scenario

One if the best things about this forum is that it can help you know what’s going to happen and what your options are.

I think there are one or two good threads on here where people had TfL prosecutions but updated their thread right through till they went to court. The information given by people here for them did help them.

I’ll try and find the links. At least it will be useful to read even if personal circumstances are not exactly the same.

I hope your meeting with course tutor is helpful. You won’t be the first student on a course like yours who has done this.

Any outcome yet?
Hi @tangerine22 - welcome to the forum! It might be that the original poster here will get back to us - but it's a complicated case which may take some time to resolve so there may be nothing for them to say yet. But if you have a problem of your own, we ask that you start your own thread: it may look similar to the thread that you've commented on but there can be differences, and we don't want to get confused between cases, so we ask for separate threads for separate problems.
