Hello all,
I'm hoping for some honest advice and information. I'm applying for a on-train conductor job. I currently have a decent job that I enjoy and I'm comfortable in so this would be a leap for me so I'm not applying for this post on a whim and want to weight up options.
I'd really love to know
1) what you like and dislike about working for your company
2) what's the pay banding/scale
3) what is the expected starting salary once qualified (I'm going to phone tomorrow to find out more so that'll probably be answered)
4) how easy is it to move around within the company and progress?

Anything other information would be gratefully received.

Thank you for your time

Hello. My first post here but hopefully can help you as I work for Scotrail.
1) Preffer not to say.
2) In my opinion money above average.
3) Once qualified it's £31k per annum with commission on top from tickets.
4) Didn't applied for another position yet so can't help.

Good luck with your recruitment process.
