Having a Google it appears that Woofferton only broadcasts on 3.995 MHz, in the ECTS balise band, at certain hours of the day

0500-0600 BBC World Service [English]
2000-2100 KBS (Korea) World Radio [German]
2100-2200 KBS (Korea) World Radio [German]
Unit mentioned in the OP passed at 21:05…

Interesting.
However it leads to further question, since I can only remember trains being affected during the 2000 - 2100 timeband, and as I said, only the UPs being affected.
And we were also told that there were other transmissions made from that array on behalf of the MOD, details of which were not published.

Radio Frequency signals can in many outwardly odd ways. What side of a 158 is the eurobalise reader for example?

Details about the site
There are 10 high-power HF transmitters at Woofferton. They range from Marconi senders of various vintages, including two BD272 250 kW units that date back to the 1960s, to the more recent 300 kW B6124 solid-state transmitters, and four of the most modern RIZ 250K01 wideband systems, * which are also capable of operating in Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) mode. In fact, the BBC’s daily DRM transmission for Europe is broadcast from here.

Outside in the antenna field, there are 35 shortwave curtain arrays (aerials) supported by 25 masts. Most of the antennas can be operated in full or half-curtain mode, depending on the coverage required, and can be electronically steered (slewed) to beam transmissions in a variety of directions. This is done by varying the phase of the signal and feed points to the antenna, rather than by physical movement.
* These are the transmissions on 3.995 Mhz I mentioned.

The transmitted frequency doesn't necessarily have to be close to the receive frequency for it to cause problems, it can be a harmonic or simply get into other parts of the receiver and cause blocking, overloading or desensitisation.
